The Miskatonic Public Library is a large impressive limestone and marble structure that was just recently built due to a generous from the Proctor Family . The Proctors, while not known for basking in the public limelight, are well known for their charitable contributions for the arts and information sciences. The library is completely state-of-the-art with a new computer card catalogue as well as digitized microfiche and most of the Dark Falls Gazette.
The entrance to the archives features work done by Francois Le Merchant. The Dark Falls Gazette archives are run by Gulliver Throckmorton and the main archive section is run by Ms. Henrette Shields.
