Showing up mysteriously late one night from the east coast, not long after their manor was built, the Proctor Family was a secretive one that quickly had a choke hold on the local fishing industry. The only other public face of the family is Miskatonic University, though no one knows exactly how they got the Boyd Family to sell them the School of Forestry Sciences. Most of the water front and coastal properties is though to be owned by the Proctors. No one is completely sure ho many Proctors there are or have been. Rumors whisper of intermarriage between family members. The current head of the family was thought to be Thomas Proctor, however it was recently announced that he died while on a business trip during the recent global upheaval. The figurehead of the family is now rumored to be Emily Proctor.
